We installed a new Carlisle Syntec 60 Mil Thermoplastic TPO Roof Membrane System on this church that was having multiple roof leak issues. Ace Roofing Inc installed a new polyisocyranate roof insulation mechanically fastened over the existing wood decking. Then Ace installed the new 60 mil TPO Thermoplastic Roof Membrane mechanically fastened to the existing wood deck as per manufactures specifications and local wind uplift building codes, This building is located in a high wind hurricane zone and was installed as per ASCE -2010 Wind Uplift compliance.
